Instructions
- Lightly brown butter in an 8-inch skillet.
- Add cabbage and stir well.
- Cover skillet tightly and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir and cook another 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and cream or evaporated milk.
- Cover.
- Simmer 4 more minutes.
- Do not overcook.
- Serves 5.
