Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked Cream of Wheat
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients well and pour in milk, oil and egg. Stir gently and don't overbeat.
  2. Grease pan and bake at 425° until top is golden brown.
