Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips

  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
