Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 8 oz. fresh or frozen cooked crabmeat, flaked
  • 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain spinach.
  2. Slowly melt butter; add onion and saute.
  3. Add spinach, crab, cheese and sherry and heat thoroughly. Serve with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
