Ingredients

  • 8 pieces skinned chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 6 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Puncture each chicken piece with a fork and brush with orange juice.
  2. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine seasoned bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a plastic bag.
  4. Add chicken pieces to the bag and shake well to coat lightly.
  5. Lay the coated chicken in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown, without turning.
  7. Blot the chicken with a paper towel for extra crispness.
  8. Serve immediately.
