Texican Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. cornbread mix

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°.
  2. Brown hamburger with onion; drain. Combine canned goods and mix with hamburger and onion.
  3. Place in a large casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions.
  6. Spoon on top and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
