Thanksgiving-Style Slow-Cooker Turkey

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Roasted Turkey Gravy, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 can (14 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix

Instructions

  1. Mix turkey, onions, vegetables, dressing, 2 Tbsp.
  2. gravy and seasonings just until blended; press onto bottom of slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Spoon cranberry sauce over turkey mixture.
  4. Combine stuffing mix and 1/2 cup of the remaining gravy; spoon over cranberry sauce.
  5. Cover with lid.
  6. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours); spoon onto serving plates.
  7. Heat remaining gravy; serve over turkey mixture, cranberry sauce and stuffing mixture.
