Instructions
- Boil pork and beef roasts until tender; cool, then slice. Layer roasts, potatoes and onions.
- Cover with broth and tomato juice.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 400° until potatoes are done.
- Serve with homemade biscuits.
