The Baked Apple

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)
  • 8 Rome apples, cored
  • 3/4 c. defrosted, frozen orange juice

Instructions

  1. In medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
  2. Fold in raisins.
  3. Spoon as much of the mixture into the cored apples.
  4. Drizzle 1 1/2 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate into each apple.
