- cream the butter and sugar until it's light and fluffy. Add in the beaten egg and mix until well incorporated.
- In a rectangular cake board, arrange alternately a layer of cookies soaked in coffee and layer of the creamed
- butter, I usually do 5 layers. Do not dunk the cookies on the coffee for too long or it will fall apart. when done,
- cover the cake with more creamed butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate at least two hours.
