A vibrant, festive layered cake featuring raspberry and lime flavors, topped with whipped topping and holly gumdrops—perfect for holiday celebrations and dessert tables.

- Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package, baking in two well-greased and floured 9-inch layer pans at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool the cakes for 15 minutes in the pans; then poke each layer with a fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
- Do not remove the cakes from the pans.
- Dissolve each package of gelatin separately in 1 cup boiling water.
- Pour the raspberry gelatin over one cake layer and the lime gelatin over the other.
- Chill the cakes for 4 hours.
- Unmold one layer onto a serving plate.
- Top with 1 cup of whipped topping, then unmold the second layer onto the first.
- Frost the top and sides with the remaining whipped topping.
- Chill again before serving.
- Garnish with flattened gumdrops to resemble holly.
