  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 package brown gravy mix

Instructions

  1. Mix the canning salt, dry onion soup mix, and brown gravy mix together.
  2. Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture into each pint jar.
  3. Pack the jars tightly with deer meat.
  4. Do not add water to the jars.
  5. Pressure cook pints for 75 minutes at 11 pounds of pressure.
  6. Pressure cook quarts for 90 minutes at 11 pounds of pressure.
