Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Split ground beef in half making two (1-pound) patties.
  2. Place both patties on grill and cook through.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Add cheese during last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Place finished burgers on a regular sized bun.
