Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 3 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 c. salad oil

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients, except oil, in a blender and mix well.
  2. Add oil and blend.
  3. Serve on greens or citrus salad.
  4. A slice hard-boiled egg and fried crumbled bacon may be added to top of green salad.
