Ingredients

  • 7 oz red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 7 oz white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 7 oz savoy cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 None spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage, onions, celery and parsley. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice then toss with cabbage mixture. Season.
