Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup tightly packed basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the Parmesan cheese and olive oil in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Add the red bell pepper, basil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper; blend again until smooth.
