Tiger Stripes
A decadent layered chocolate treat featuring rich dark and white chocolates with peanut butter swirls, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or sharing at gatherings.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter ⓘ
- 2 white chocolate baking bars (2 oz. each)
Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with foil and lightly grease.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter over low heat, stirring well.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.
- Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to cool slightly.
- Melt white chocolate with remaining peanut butter over low heat in a small saucepan.
- Spoon half of the white chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer.
- Drop the remaining white and dark chocolate mixtures by spoonfuls on top.
- Run a knife through the pan in a zig zag pattern to create a marbled effect.
- Place in freezer for 1 hour.
- Break into small pieces to serve.
