Tiny Holiday Wreaths

Festive and adorable, these tiny holiday wreaths are sweet treats perfect for Christmas gatherings, featuring marshmallows, corn flakes, and colorful decorations that appeal to all ages.

Ingredients

  • 30 marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons green food color
  • 3 1/2 cups corn flakes
  • small red candies

Instructions

  1. Combine marshmallows, butter, vanilla, and green food color in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Heat over water until marshmallows and butter are melted, stirring frequently.
  3. Gradually stir in corn flakes.
  4. Drop mixture from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
  5. With hands, shape into tiny wreaths about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter.
  6. Decorate with small red candies.
  7. Alternatively, for a larger wreath, drop mixture in a circle onto waxed paper.
  8. Shape with hands to make a 9-inch wreath.
  9. Decorate with red candied cherries and silver dragees.
