- Prepare cream puff mix and bake according to package directions for bite size puffs.
- Cool and split.
- Let the onion stand in the lemon juice for 5 minutes. Combine it with tuna, salad dressing, curry powder and water chestnuts, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the cream puffs. To serve, heat them on a jelly roll pan or other shallow pan in a hot oven at 400° for about 3 minutes or until the filling is hot through.
- Makes about 60.
