Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. soft tofu
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Blend in food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into individual serving dishes or baked pie shell.
  2. Chill until firm and serve.
