- Soften the gelatin in cold tomato juice.
- Pour the mixture into hot tomato juice and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Add grated onion, lemon juice, salt, and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture and blend well.
- Pour the mixture into a 5-cup ring mold.
- Chill until the gelatin is firm.
- Unmold onto a chilled serving plate and trim with lettuce.
