Ingredients

  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 sm. can green chili salsa
  • 1 lg. cucumber, grated
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1 can crab meat, flaked or possibly shrimp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients well to blend and bring to boil.
  2. Refrigeratewell and serve in chilled bowls.
  3. Garnish with the cucumber, Large eggs and seafood.
  4. Serve with English muffins toasted with cheese.
