Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 6 small sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes.
  2. Add tomatoes; let stand a few minutes.
