Instructions
- Divide beef into 4 patties and brown on both sides.
- Put browned beef patties in large skillet or pot with tight-fitting lid.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on beef.
- Peel potatoes and slice in 2 pieces.
- Slice onion in 4 slices.
- On each beef patty, place 1 slice onion and 1 piece of potato.
- Pour drained peas over this. Combine tomato soup and water.
- Pour over top of mixture.
- Simmer for 45 minutes until potatoes are done.
