Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground chicken or 1/2 lb beef
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice

Instructions

  1. Put ground meat and soy sauce, sugar, mirin and ginger juice in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute the meat, stirring constantly until moisture is almost gone.
  3. Remove from heat.
