Ingredients

  • 1 purple onion, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp of real butter, melted
  • 1 can of Hormel spicy chile(no beans)
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute onions, bell peppers in butter until soft. Stir chili & soup. Blend well. Add cheese, heat until partially melted. Pour into chafing dish; serve with corn chips or heated Tortilla chips
