Instructions

  1. Take the tri tip roast and marinate it in Chuka's marinade for 6 to 12 hours.
  2. Garnish the roast with lemon pepper, roast seasoning, and garlic salt.
  3. Leave a small bed of marinade on the bottom of the pan. Preheat the oven to 325°F until warm.
  4. Place the roast in the pan with the marinade bed and roast for approximately 20 minutes per pound, checking periodically.
  5. Baste the roast with marinade occasionally during cooking.
