Tropical Fruit Popsicles

- In a large heat-proof jug combine Jell-O crystals and boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Mix in pineapple and apple juice.
- Divide raspberries and passionfruit pulp between 10 (2 1/2 oz) popsicle molds. Pour mixture over the fruit to fill the molds. Freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
