Tropical Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 box mango Jell-O (85 g)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (14 oz can) crushed pineapple, pureed
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 None passionfruit

Instructions

  1. In a large heat-proof jug combine Jell-O crystals and boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Mix in pineapple and apple juice.
  2. Divide raspberries and passionfruit pulp between 10 (2 1/2 oz) popsicle molds. Pour mixture over the fruit to fill the molds. Freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
