Trout Mash

Instructions
- Boil cabbage just to soften; cut onions, peppers, mushrooms and potatoes.
- Cut trout by slicing off of bone.
- Combine all ingredients into tinfoil.
- Add butter on top and any seasonings. Fold up tinfoil package and place on broiler or barbecue.
- Cook for 1/2 hour or until vegetables are done.
- Serves 3 to 4 people.
