- Cook pasta in boiling salted water with 1 tbsp oil for 8-10 mins, adding green beans for the last 6 mins of cooking. Drain.
- Meanwhile, cook tuna in a hot frying pan for 2-3 mins per side, until seared but still pink in the center. Slice. Saute onions and garlic in remaining oil for 4 mins. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins. Add pasta, beans, tuna, basil, olives and balsamic vinegar. Season. Serve immediately.
