Tuna Pilaf

Instructions
- Place tuna (drained) in saucepan.
- Add onion, celery and mixed vegetables.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, but not brown.
- Add rice; mix.
- Heat to serving temperature, stirring constantly. Makes 6 servings.
