Tuna Steaks

Instructions
- Cut onion into quarters.
- Combine all ingredients except tuna and blend in blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth. Place tuna in large glass baking dish.
- Pour sauce over fish and turn to coat with pepper sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Preheat grill.
- Place tuna on well-greased grill over medium heat.
- May use fresh jalapenos or other peppers instead of jar of peppers.
- May be made without vermouth.
- Tastes great.
