Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup diced turkey or 1 -1 1/2 cup chicken
  • 3 hardboiled egg, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together first 6 ingredients.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Moisten with more mayo if necessary.
  4. Fill rolls or buns, wrap in foil and bake at 400 for 15- 20 minutes.
  5. *Orpile on French bread (split) and broil til hot and bubbly.
