Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. skinless turkey cutlets
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. dry vermouth or dry sherry

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, vegetable oil, dry mustard, and dry vermouth or sherry to make the marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade over the skinless turkey cutlets and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Saute the marinated cutlets for about 3 minutes on each side or microwave approximately 2 minutes on each side on High roast until cooked through.
  4. Serve the turkey cutlets with rice.
