Ingredients

  • celery salt
  • garlic salt
  • lemon salt
  • onion salt
  • butter
  • worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix celery salt, garlic salt, lemon salt, onion salt, worcestershire sauce, and melted butter in a pint jar.
  2. Fill the jar with about 3/4 pint of hot water.
  3. Stir or shake the mixture 3 or 4 times daily for 3 or 4 days.
  4. Strain the mixture after the soaking period.
  5. Inject the strained marinade into the turkey.
  6. Melt additional butter and inject into the turkey.
  7. Pour some melted butter over the turkey before roasting.
