Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Heat almond milk in the microwave.
  2. Stir in the cinnamon, tumeric and Ginger.
  3. Drizzle honey on top.
  4. Enjoy and sleep well.1.
