Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Twinkies

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream, then add sugar and vanilla, and fold into the cream cheese.
  3. Line a 10-inch spring-form pan with Twinkies cut in half, covering the bottom and sides.
  4. Pour the cream cheese filling into the lined pan.
  5. Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight to set.
  6. Top with chilled pie filling before serving.
