- Add crumbled soda crackers, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix.
- Stir in grated Cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, and chopped artichoke hearts.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, until set.
- Let cool in the pan, then cut into bite-sized squares.
