- Add milk and mix until the dough is wet.
- Add grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, then mix to combine.

- Roll or pat out to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Use a biscuit cutter or glass to cut out biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.
