Instructions
- Cook wild rice in 1 1/4 cups of the consomme for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place white rice in a 1-quart baking dish in a slow oven (300°) to toast until golden brown.
- Stir in the remaining 1 1/4 cups consomme, soy, minced onion and partially cooked wild rice. Bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
