Undercover Sweet Corn
Sweet corn wrapped in husks with a cheesy, buttery spread creates a smoky, flavorful dish perfect for outdoor gatherings or summer barbecues.

- Peel husks back, but do not remove from ears.
- Remove silk from the corn.
- Soak ears with husks in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Mix margarine and cream cheese together.
- Dry the surface of the kernels and spread the cheese mixture on top.
- Salt and pepper the corn as desired.
- Close the husks over the ears and wrap each in foil individually.
- Place in a preheated oven on low heat.
- Turn the ears every 5 minutes during cooking.
- Check for doneness after 30 minutes. The flavor will be unusual; try it!
