Ingredients

  • 1 gal. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. salt
  • 1 box ground mustard
  • 1 c. horseradish
  • 12 green peppers
  • 8 red peppers
  • 1 box mixed spices

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a stone jar, 4 or 5 gallon size.
  2. Add any kind of vegetable and stir thoroughly.
  3. Let sit for 9 days, then the pickles are ready to eat.
