Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) can jackfruit, drained
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced celery
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Flake jackfruit in a bowl using a fork. Add vegan mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, red onion, and celery. Mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
