U.S.D.A. Pecan Pie
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat eggs until just blended.
- Add sugar, salt and corn syrup.
- Add cooled butter and vanilla, mixing just to blend.
- Spread nuts in bottom of pie shell.
- Pour in filling.
- Place pie in oven.
- Reduce heat to 325° at once.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
