Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 225 g flour
  • 50 g sultanas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. cream butter, sugar and essence.
  2. add egg.
  3. then add dry ingredients.
  4. roll into balls.
  5. place on cold greased trays.
  6. press down with a fork.
  7. bake 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
  8. or 12-15 minutes for me because I have and aga.
