Veal Cutlet Parmesan

Instructions
- Dip cutlets in beaten eggs.
- Combine with seasonings, then bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until brown (about 8 minutes). Place cutlets in baking dish. Spread tomato sauce and slices of Mozzarella cheese over them. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4.
