Veal Cutlet Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. veal cutlets
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Dip cutlets in beaten eggs.
  2. Combine with seasonings, then bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until brown (about 8 minutes). Place cutlets in baking dish. Spread tomato sauce and slices of Mozzarella cheese over them. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4.
