- Wash the veal and cut it into large squares.
- Put two tablespoons of fat in a pan and heat.
- Dice the onions finely and add them to the fat, stirring until soft.
- Add two teaspoons of red paprika pepper and stir once.
- Add salt to taste.
- Put the meat into the pan, along with the chopped fresh tomatoes or tomato puree.
- Add a little water to barely cover the meat and stew under a lid, stirring occasionally.
- Add more water if necessary until the meat is tender.
- Optionally, add cream before serving according to taste.
