Vegan Choc Icing

Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vegan margarine
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon golden syrup
  • vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Melt everything together in a small saucepan, on very low heat (good things take time).
  2. Keep stirring.
  3. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once it reaches a good spreading consistency, ice the cake and leave to set completely.
