Instructions
- In the microwave, heat the bag of cauliflower, broccoli and mixed veggies until tender.
- Drain off excess water.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Stir, sprinkling cheese throughout.
- Melt cheese to desired cheese taste.
- Sprinkle some cheese on top. Serve hot.
