Ingredients

  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix green beans, corn, and stewed tomatoes together in a 2-quart container.
  2. Spread mozzarella cheese in a thick layer on top of the vegetable mixture.
  3. Cover and bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving so the cheese firms up.
